On Sunday, May 10, 2009 my family and I went to Sam's Club with the intent of purchasing mulitple cell phones. In the beginning the Customer Service we received was okay, however, at the end of the transaction it changed. We decided that we were not going to go through with the purchase of one Tmobile cell phone and chose to wait on the other 2 cell phones.
