I was disturbed to see BK using the Mexican flag in a disrespectful manner in a recent commercial promoting one of its latest products. This commercial follows a long line of questionable ads including -- most recently -- one that sexualizes the cartoon character Sponge Bob. I get the attempt at young-adult-male irreverence, but I'm one of them and I don't find any of it funny. As a result, I've long refused to eat BK's subpar food. There's a way to be funny to my demographic without being offensive or tasteless. read full review »
