My husband has a CitiFinancial loan. Our daughter was recently diagnosis with a Brain Tumor. We were at the hospital for over 2 months and stayed current with them. When we came home I contacted Citifinancial. Which by the way is my old employer. I had to ask them for a deferment on my loan for this months payment. They did not offer any help in anyway other then "Where's the payment and when will it be here." They were very snippy. I told them that we are doing the best we can.
