Kenmore Elite Dishwasher 13112 installed 4/4/09 by sub-contractor in norther suburbs of Chicago. Delivered dishwasher on an open flatbed trailer w/ a flat tire. Thank goodness it had quit running. First run of dishwasher and water was rushing all over the floor from he base of the dishwasher. Spent 2 hrs on the phone being switched from Installation to Installer to Technical Service to Service and back around. No one would come out and take a look at it - best they could do was 3 days.
