we cannot get anyone from att to fix our lines to work properly, we have been battling for a year now, and im exausted as a consumer. everytime it rains our dsl lines go down . they come out after the rains of course, never when we need them, they have given us cards with there names on them to call, we call they dont get back with us until it is convenient for them. ive talk to vicky from the dsl repair manager dept iin california, she doesnt have a clue, what its takes to keep costomers happy, i want to here we will do what ever it takes to... read full review »
