I placed an order for two NFL lanyards from Sport Merchant in early October. Received thanks for my order. It was shipped. The order was charged to my credit card 10-8. I waited ... nothing. I tried to telephone, the phone is no longer in service. The customer service page is being updated, and updated. Bob responded, finally 10-21, saying one was shipped the prior week, the other was backordered. I have tried numerous e-mails to Bob in customer service.
