We had severe damage to our roof due to a hail storm last June 2008. After noticing water coming in through our roof the following day, we contacted Nationwide. Ever since this day, they have constantly denied that we had hail damage and told us we had damaged our own roof and that our roof was just old. We have watched 95% of our neighbors have their roofs replaced ... Nationwide continued to delay and deny our claim.
