I received a Chia Herb Garden for Christmas. I was upset that it was supposed to have 6 different herb seed packets, but only had 5. I went to their website to complain, but after clicking on "contact us", it wouldn't allow me to. I then tried to e-mail them with the e-mail address given, but it returned to me saying it wasn't a valid e-mail address. There doesn't seem to be any way to contact them except a regular letter, and after all this, I'm wondering if they'd even get my letter! read full review »
