Paid for treadmill at the store and decided after 3 hours to cancel order, i was told that i could not cancel but could take a $1400 credit for store, bearing in mind it had not even been 24 hours and they had not even placed the shipment order, their policy states they will refund deposit within 24hours so why would they do this and not refund the full amount you had paid.I really wish i had read this complaint board before making purchase i have never in all my years of buying products come across such bad customer service and appalling... read full review »
