I had a coupon for $10.00 off at Office Depot. The closest Office Depot to us is about 2.5 hours away. I researched Office Max and they state they accept competitors coupons. I tried to use the coupon and was told they actually don't accept competitors coupons. So I wrote to customer service via their website. This is what I wrote: This is regarding a coupon for $10.00 off a qualifying purchase of $30.00 or more. I placed an order on 5/5/09 for delivery of a flower basket by 5/8/09 (In time for Mothers Day). I received a confirmation that my order would be delivered by 5/8/09. On 5/9/09 I received an e-mail confirmation that my order was just shipping and would be delivered by 5/8/09. Excuse me? It just shipped, obviously it was not going to make it there as promised.
