Company will do anything and everything to not fulfill warranty proection. Worst money I ever spent. Do not buy! They make you submit all kinds of paper work and after a few phone calls where I had to repeatedly describe the incident, I used the word 'scratch' to describe a tear that did not fully go through the sofa fabric, they said 'they do not cover tears'.
