I wish I had found this complaint site a week ago. I ordered the complete series of NAKED CITY. From reading the complaints about this company, if I ever get the dvd's, they will no doubt be questionable. Is this company related to DVDDONKEY? I ordered the compete Route 66 series from them a couple of years ago. They finally came...after about a month. Mailed from Canada, they were obviously copied off of tv...nick at nite was often seen between breaks. However, they did seem to be in chronological order and except for three shows were playable with ok visual quality. What kind of action, if any, can be taken against PlanetDVD?
