I bought an airplane ticket from Travelocity in December of 2009. Unbeknown to me I was charged $19.95 a month from Shopping Essentials to my credit card account. Apparently, I signed up to a cash back offer of $10 from Travelocity. I do not remember receiving it, but I do know that they charged me $6 something for the reservation. Until April, I had not noticed the charges from SE in my credit card account. I called the company however and after talking to one representative (Monica, 22716) she promised the company will credit the full amount (aprox. $100) back.
