What can I do if i need to leave US to go back to my Country as everything here in US with Personal and Financial life has taken a turn for worst. i was H1b visa (India) holder. I am in debt with the Credit cards, and cant pay them off before i leave. Can i leave anyways? And what problems is leaving US with debt going to cause me if i decide i want to come back? If Bank of America follows it is only $5496.00 will a lawyer cost more> I want to know how might they come for payment outside U.S. It is too much strife in US for enjoy life.
