Fonality service is absolutely terribile. We routinely have dropped calls, bad call quality, and other call issues. We have logged dozens of support requests but have had no resolution. Additionally, their call server goes down all the time. At least once a week, the fonality server on their end crashes and is unavailable for hours at a time.
