There is a charge on my credit card entitled "Ultra Cleanse" for $87.13. When I called the toll free number I spoke with someone who did not speak English. I asked for his supervisor and 20 minutes later a supervisor came on the line and after I told them I did not order this product nor did I ever receive this product and that I would like a refund he gave me a refund confirm number and said it would take at least 30 days to receive a refund.
