I have a 2 year fixed which changes to a ARM in Feb.09. That ARM will increase my payment by over $600.00 per month, which I cannot afford. Saxon say they can not help me. My credit score is 655, and to low to obtain a refinance, plus I am self employed. I have to try and seel teh house just to break even on what I owe They refuse to assit me in any way.
