Its discrimination really, apartment 94 just signed a lease for $1430 per month, he had no rent increase, why did my rent go to $1530 per month with a $130 increase? His apartment is in better shape, our stove hasn't worked properly since we moved in, and, his stove works well. He has a fenced in private yard (supposed to be $50 more per month), we don't have a fenced in private yard. He has a pet ($25 extra per month), so do we.
