The process needed to activate a Walmart prepay card is painful. Regardless of trying to activate it online or via phone is a long, long painful process. If I'm ever given one of these cards again as a gift...trust me, I give it back and say, "Thanks for the thought - you keep the card." The agravation is just not worth it!! read full review »
