The reason why I am e-mailing you is because for the past eight months, I have been trying to get a loan modification but I have not had any resolution to this problem. I have addressed my problem to several staff members without resolve. I have provided all the necessary paper work requested by your bank. Recently, they have closed my request and that my case has been closed and all payments returned.
