I wish to complain about the Government Grant Advisor found at https:--www.govgrandadvisor.com . I signed up for the service on 12-25-2006, but have not used the service at all. The initial frr of $19.99 was charged to my credit card, but there has never been a service of any sort. I am supposed to have been able to have Live Online Chat Assistance, but whenever I try to gain access (using the new password that I chose), I am denied entry to the site.
