I initially placed my order for health "products" from this company on january 30th. When I had not received the product by 2/10/2009, I attempted to call them, but found it difficult to speak with a "real" person. They have recorded messages saying they are experiencing "high call volume" and to leave a message, but THEN the mailbox is FULL. It is NOT possible to leave a message.
