We were charged $15.72 by ESBI as a third party on our Embarq monthly phone bill. We have never heard of this company or ever signed up with them for any service. Embarq refuses to remove these fraudelant charges, & when we call this ESBI, they ask us for information & then hang up on us. read full review »
