I phoned this business on 5/11/09 to speak with someone about a sprinkler repair. Candace was so rude and snotty to me that it was impossible to get someone knowledgeable on the phone or to get a return phone call. I asked to speak to a manager and the 'field manager' was just as bad. This place is completely unprofessional and rude. I own several properties around Denver and have never been treated so bad by the office people of a service business. Evidently they are doing so well in this economy that they can afford to treat people this way. read full review »
