My order no:5899-68366 I could not use these handles as they kept falling off my shower walls. So I returned them with my name, address and phone number clearly marked on the envelope to : Returns Dept 12154 Montague Ave Pacoima, CA 91331 I shipped it by U.S Mail about two months ago.
