A used car dealer gave these gas vouchers out to people that came in and looked at their cars. It was for $250.00 worth in free gas or merchandise at the gas station of your choice. It was to be used over a 10 month period. I had to first pay them $5.00 through paypal to get it started then on the 10th month I was to receive $30.00 instead of the normal $25.00 to get my $5.00 back. My first 3 months of receipts were returned to me unopened at the same time. I tried calling the number but it was disconnected already. Would like to know how... read full review »
