Bank of America has the worst customer service workers I have ever dealt with. The Bank charged me 35 dollars for a 50 cent over the limit swipe. I was over 50 cent in my account and the bank charged me 35 dollars and the customer service agnts refused to reimburst me the fee for such a small charge. The agents did not review my account at all before making a final decission. read full review »
