OMG!! Where do I begin, we have had SAI for almost the full 36 mths and have made a handful of payments due to the crappiest payment processing I have ever come accross. We have received nothing but letters from this shithole company apologizing for the billing error month after month. These people cannot process a payment if their life depended on it. On one occasion we received a credit for 400.00 for the error (Yay for us).
