We've been a Direct TV customer for more than 5 years. Started getting a very annoying pixelation accompanied by lost of audio 2 months ago. We've made 3 attempts to get Direct TV to help us. First they denied it was a Direct TV problem. Then they put me through 45 minutes of "testing", told me they'd come out and check the system for a $49 service call, and then they disconnected the call when it became clear that the TiVo DVR was at fault.
