I signed up for a diet-fitness program on the internet at 'thebestlife.com' web site. I selected the option to use the service - and gave my credit card # to be billed. The policy on the internet indicates I have a 10 day trial period and can cancel within 10 days to get a refund. The internet also tells me the ONLY way to CANCEL the service is by calling a toll free number (800) 324-2846. I've tried calling the number - which is only available between 10am to 4pm EST.
