I have been a customer of Ultimate Tan for years, and I am apalled at how they run their business! I made multiple attempts between 1-10~1-24 to go tanning, only to find locked doors, NO sign stating why their doors were locked during business hours, and a full voicemail box that had their regular message. I had to call the Queen Anne location after a week and a half to finally find out that the Broadway location was temporarily closed because the bed timers needed to be replaced and were being shipped in from Europe.
