My husband purchased the water wiggler from the above website on Nov 25, 2008. He bought it as a Christmas present for me. I opened it and wasn't impressed by the quality or durability and it looked like it had been previously open and used. We went out of town the next day so my husband called the company when we returned, 2nd week of January. He was told there was a 10 $ re-stocking fee for the item that only cost $24.99.
