I went to draw out money from my account to pay rent and found that some company named privacy matters took $179.70 from my account without my permission. I called my bank immediately to find out what's going on. They told me to go ahead and close that account and start a new one. The lady on the phone also told me they had problems with this company in the past. I have to file an affidavit and fill out some paperwork in order to dispute this charge.
