Absolutely the WORST Customer Service I have ever experienced ! I can not get ANYONE to help me . They keep passing me around to every department they have in there system and have hung up on me three times !!! I was on hold with one agent named Janice whom assured me we would not get disconnected as she searched for the correct department and sure enough she disconnected with me . I had asked for a direct number to call her back and she said she didn't have one so I asked if she would take my number and she said she could not call out !... read full review »
