I repeatedly requested my Motor Club account be cancelled (on every bill I received since July 2008) and indicated I didn't intend to pay for a service which I had asked to be cancelled. In addition, I made numerous calls to their 800 #. On every one of those calls, my call was dropped after I made my complaint or asked to speak with a manager. I find it very difficult to believe that their phone service is actually that bad.
