I ben charge for several months $12.95 for one service that i don't know what is this. because i have a life line with verizon because i don't have any income to be able to pay any service my income is @ 680.00 per months for SS.and we make several call to that people to cancel that service and get credit, but nothing happen.every month is a different history and i never see the credit on verizon bill. to me this is an abuse i am a person invalid, and i have 73 year old, i hope some one help me.
