They've changed their name from Heritage Web Solutions to HIT Web Design. They automatically charge you for web hosting to the tune of 39.99 a month when they haven't designed the website for you yet. It took six months to get it done and I was charged for every month even though it was in their hands. It's criminal... They also have you send everything over as you want it placed.
