I was lied to when placing the order. I was led to believe shipping would be "free" but was then required to sign up with another service to receive a 'debit card' refund...and as of yet have not received it. I have also had to call to get a $1.95 miscellaneous charge reversed from my credit card. They also charged my credit card an additional $14, 95 without my authorization.
