Ordered free sample, charged shipping only. Received another shipment of product, called to cancel future orders. My credit card has been charged every month since I cancelled which was in Ocober 2008, have not received any product. My credit card company has been pursuing this for me and I thought it was settkled. Today I received another credit card bill with charges for this product plus shipping. I attempted to call this company and was told that hold time would be 82 minutes before I could speak to a "customer dis-service person" These people are crooks of the worst kind. read full review »
