I sent an expensive arrangement of flowers to my mother for mother's day and the roses turned brown within one hour of delivery. The flower shop was unprofessional and rude when speaking to "Pauline" who does not listen to the customer and just talks over any real and legit complaint. She was rude to my mother and me when trying to fix the situation and I would not recommend this shop to anyone and will tell all my friends, both professional and non-professional that Hercules flower shop is NOT the place to spend your money. read full review »
