I was foreclosed on by home eq servicing in january of 2009 and saw a news report recently, and believe that I was not given my due process and foreclosed on and treated in a predatory manner, and would like to know if there is a statue of limitations, I would like to file a complaint, and possibly sue home eq, for damages as they took my house and sold it at a foreclosure sale and would not work with me, I thought I should just forget it, but would like to sue them if I still can. read full review »
