I called Net Detective Plus to cancel my service on December 18, 3008. They offered me 3 months free, so I took it. I marked on my calendar to cancel on March 16, 2009, which I did. They didn't send me a confirmation email, but I was unable to log in to my account, so I assumed my cancellation was complete. I saw on my credit card a charge that I did not authorize, and I learned it was Net Detective Plus.
