On April 24, 2009 I signed documents for home mortgage refinancing with Wells Fargo Bank (original mortgage WFC) branch at Monterey Park, Ca. I informed both the Escrow, Inc. & Wells Fargo representative that I believed that I had to stop my previous mortgage monthly payment. They assured me that this would be taken care of at the time of the WFC mortgage closeout from the original mortgage. This did not occur & I was given misinformation by WFC staff.
