I placed an order in December 2008 for a Jeep Cherokee rear axle but a month later when I hadn't heard or received anything I located another source for my axle and asked Reliaparts to refund the $475 they charged to my credit card. An ongoing trail of never ending phone calls and emails to Stacy in Customer Service has only resulted in lies. I get constant excuses ranging from the poor state of the economy to we only mail out refund checks twice a month followed by promises it is on the way then tracking numbers for it and still nothing... read full review »
