I ordered a free trial of Max White Teeth whitener for $4.99. Which was sent to me with no further instructions of calling the company within 14 days. They charged my account $4.99. Two weeks later they charged my accout $73.98. When I called they said I had entered into a membership and was to have called them within 14 days if I wanted to cancel my order.
