I phoned in to make a payment on my account because I had forgotten about it - it is usually due at the END of the month but for some reason it has been pushed up to the 26th. Because of the busy season, I just forgot about it until today - the due date. I tried to get online but my computer was so slow, and I finally decided to call customer service to ask if I could pay.
