I booked a flight for my daughter from Miami to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. I booked a round trip flight on LAN Airlines leaving Miami April 24 2010 and returning May 1 2010. The ticket they booked her a flight on LAN Airlines leaving Miami March 21, 2010 and returning March 28, 2010. They told me their software never makes mistakes. I have been a Software engineer for the past 30 years and guess what. All sofgtware makes mistakes/has glitches. Ask Microsoft and any other software developer. They are a new branch of Thrive Learning Institute. They use high pressure to get you signed up. They sell the same service for different prices. Whatever they think the person can afford. They do not inform you of any type of cancellation policy. They refuse to talk about any type of refunds. They have your money and you can't get it back. It is on a credit card and you are responsible for paying it off. If you contact them, they try to intimidate you and threaten you.
