I ordered the 4.95 trial bottle. I hadn't even finished the first bottle and I received another 3 bottles and my account was charges over 150.00! I contaced XM and was told I would only be refunded half of the price due to a shelf charge and that product cannot be resold so they are charging me half price. I did send it back but have yet to receive even half of my money! They insist they credited my account. My bank insists they didn't. I tend to believe my bank. You can only write or call them.
