purchased a birdhouse made of seeds for outdoor birds. Gave to my Mother for Mother's Day. My brother noticed something moving inside. It was alive cockroach!!There were 2 more dead ones on the outside(thankfully it was wrapped in plastic). They are giving me my refund plus $10.99 in shipping fees. They totally ruined the holiday and they should at the very least offer a gift certificate for my Mom to use. read full review »
