I've been unknowingly charged for Ringtonetime text and ringtone services since April 2008! I have an iwireless phone that does not support those services. And I haven't even received one ringtone, anyway! How do I resolve this matter promptly. And how can I get a refund? The number they've been charging from is: 937-301-0743. Please help me.
